General Questions
How does the rental process work?
It's simple: consult with us to choose your package, we deliver the professional-grade equipment to your door, you follow our setup guide for a 24-hour treatment, and we pick it up when you're done.
Do I need any special electrical outlets?
Our standard packages use typical 110V household outlets. For larger jobs, our Turtle Pro system can plug into 220V dryer or stove outlets to provide even more heating power efficiently.
Is the delivery discreet?
Yes. We understand your privacy is important. Our delivery vehicles and equipment cases are designed to be as inconspicuous as possible during drop-off and pick-up.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for 24 hours per affected area. This provides enough time for setup, reaching lethal temperatures, and the full treatment duration required for eradication.
What areas do you service?
We currently provide heater rentals and delivery services to Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding regions. Contact us to confirm availability for your specific location.
Safety Guidelines
Following these simple safety protocols ensures a successful treatment while protecting your home, belongings, and loved ones. Heat eradication is chemical-free but requires careful preparation.
Prepare the Treatment Area
Remove all heat-sensitive items from the target room. This includes aerosol cans, candles, wax-based art, oil paintings, and any pressurized containers. Ensure curtains and bed skirts are secured to allow proper airflow without obstructing heater fans.
Electrical Safety First
Never exceed 80% pull on any single circuit breaker. If using our specialized high-power extension cords, ensure they are fully uncoiled to prevent overheating. Use the receptacle tester provided to verify circuits before plugging in units.
Temperature Monitoring
Use the infrared thermometer and temp stickers to monitor heat levels. Do not allow ambient temperatures to exceed 140°F as this may risk damage to structural materials or sensitive electronics not removed from the area.
Personal Protection
We recommend using safety gloves when handling equipment and distribution boxes during and immediately after use. Equipment surfaces can reach up to 132°F. Ensure all pets and people remain outside the treatment zone during operation.
